Shipping Method

Shipment of items are delivered after 2 days of order processing after then we will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order.

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping are generally delivered within 8-12 business days  (Allow +1 week due to COVID-19) from their date of shipment. Expected delivery times will vary depending on the location where the item is shipped. 

Express Shipping

Expedited Shipping are generally delivered within 2-5 business days for USA and 2-7 days internationally from their date of shipment. All orders must be received before 2:00 PM Pacific Time Mondays to Fridays. No Expedited shipping deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If you place your order for Expedited shipping on a weekend or a holiday, please be aware that the shipping cycle for these orders starts on the next available business day.

Tracking

To track order, please follow one of the options below:

1. Check the most recent order email notification you've received from us which notifies you with your tracking number.
2. If you can't locate the email notifications we sent you, and don't have the tracking number, please contact us for further assistance.

Customs Duty Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may bring.
